Yoga

Many paths. Let's find yours.

Yoga is a spiritual and physical tool that offers many paths to living in our bodies with a sense of safety and ease. My goal as a teacher is to help students find their paths.

After over 30 years of practice I became a teacher so that I could remove barriers to the practice. Whether you find yourself looking to move through, over, or around barriers within or external barriers there are ways into the practice for everyone.

Yoga one on one sessions

There are many benefits to private yoga sessions. Together we create the space for you to experience the vulnerability that often accompanies the development of practice. Personalized guidance and customized yoga sequences help you learn more quickly whether you are adapting your practice, preparing to take public classes, or prefer a quieter, more sensory friendly yoga experience.

Locations

In home yoga instruction in the San Diego area.

Cost

Request a free, short meeting to see if we're a fit. Cost per session is $60. I recommend completing a minimum of 3 sessions.

Benefits of Individual yoga sessions

Here are just some of things I focus on to support your needs as a yoga practitioner

  • Understanding poses and cue language

  • Designing home practices

  • Exploring Edge vs Sensation

  • Building tolerance for discomfort

  • Selecting and preparing to take public classes

  • Learning yoga and re-learning yoga

  • Improving interoception and proprioception
