Yoga for Every Body
I want what is best for you. My path as a yoga practitioner and a follower of the Buddhist Dharma I have learned that we can come to know ourselves and our place in the world by coming to stillness in our bodies. This can be a challenge, as the world is always in motion.
There is added challenge when:
-
Our bodies are changing due to age, illness or injury (physical challenges)
-
Our minds need extra help focusing or extra guidance (neurological/developmental challenges)
-
Yoga or exercise feels inaccessible (emotion/psychological challenges)
Yoga is about more than that poses, it is also about wayfinding through the poses. Asanas (poses) are the path and my mission is to make it inclusive and accessible for anyone with a body.
