FAQ

"Pay what you can" (PWYC), Barter and Trade
I am happy to explore the possibilities with you, as far as payment goes.
Some services are eligible for "pay what you can." This allows accessibility to a broader range of people whose financial situation may otherwise keep them from seeking these services. My PWYC service require a deposit of $20 to schedule, and after the service is complete you will be sent a blank invoice where you can decide what payment amount works for you.
If you have a product or service that I would benefit from, and I offer something you need, please reach out to see what kind of trade arrangement we can reach.
Services Not Listed
Over the years I have offered services besides those listed, including photography and art commissions. If you are interested in something like that and you catch me on the right day, I might be able to accommodate you.

The Platforms I Use
New Sites: If we are doing a built from scratch site I will use Wix, since the user interface is one that most people can work with. So if you need to make minor updates on your own you can easily do so. If you have a blog, posting and tracking is super easy.
Platforms I have experience with: I have worked with WordPress, Square, and a variety of template software going all the way back to GeoCities in the 90s. I don't build from scratch, but I have success using multiple platforms and know my limits, so I can tell you whether or not your current site is one I can work with. Updating copy and SEO is generally doable on the vast majority of platforms.

Photographers
I was a wedding and portrait photographer for over a decade, and I worked in the industry as a trend blogger. You have a very particular set of needs for your website, online sales, etc. I have a great deal of experience with various website companies and would love to help you find just the right one that integrates with your chosen lab, galleries, etc.
