Service Description

Reiki Foundation Sessions focus on working with the energetic system to create better conditions for learning specific skills that are part of spiritual and healing practice. This session is for when you can’t decide where to start. We run through a reiki healing session, work on helping you get clarity around where to begin, and then do that. We then move through some simple practices to take with you to support your own next steps. These exercises can include small rituals, affirmations, mediations, or other spiritual practices from your own traditions or mine.
