Service Description

Reiki Foundation Sessions focus on working with the energetic system to create better conditions for learning specific skills that are part of spiritual and healing practice. This session is geared towards self-acceptance, and by extension, acceptance of others and of circumstance. We run through a reiki healing session and move through some simple practices to take with you to support your own expansion of self-acceptance. These exercises can include small rituals, affirmations, mediations, or other spiritual practices from your own traditions or mine.
