Pack are approximately 9" x 12", made with 100% cotton, reinforced seaming, and filled with a mixture of rice and lavender.
 
Insulated packs are lined on one side with 100% cotton batting.
 
The may be stored in a sealed container in the freezer for cooling, or heated 30 seconds at a time, attended. After heating move the pack around to distribute the heat. Use caution and test before applying, and avoid using on bare skin.
